I'm trying to print a document for the client questionnaire responses.  When I download this file, it comes in an excel/cvs spreadsheet document.  This is at best cumbersome.  Is there a way to download the client's responses to the questionnaire in a more word-like document for my file?

Please advise if anyone has learned how to do this.
