I have a dependent whose name was correct on Monday (and indeed, is correct on Form 2441).

But today, it copied the other dependent's name on Screen 2 - and also on the front page of 1040.  So I had 2 "Stellas"

When I go to correct it on Screen 2, it adds the last name into the first name field, so it's John Doe   Doe on the 1040.

Does anyone know how to fix, besides deleting the dependent?

This is the 2nd time I've had corruption in my dependents this year.
