How do I turn off efile on form 1065. I want to file hardcopy only but the tax return was set up to efile.

Remove checkmark for efile in Screen 1. Also look in that top section for any link regarding state E-File Mandate.
REALLY? You want to risk mailing ANYTHING to IRS with all the problems they are having now?
