What is Malwarebytes? I just noticed that it appears when I right click on a Lacerte Icon.

A Right Click offers to Scan the item (Lacerte, in this case) with Malware Bytes, which will caution you if the program has code that looks to be malicious, or Mal-ware (mal = bad). It's a great set of tools.
