They should be open. But then again, it is International Sloth Day so they could be closed for the holiday..

I was on the phone with support two hours ago. Perhaps I talked to the last rep standing.
I had the same problem. When you are in the phone tree, select network system instead of stand alone. I was able to get through to a rep that way.
Made me wonder what music on hold they play when you select "stand alone." Maybe, "Stand By Me" ?
