Since around June, my individual 2020 tax program gives me an annoying not responding message and freezes during input. I have only 1 of 4 computers using the network and I seem to be the only one having the problem. Our IT person says he's got another client having the same problem. Inconsistent as to users within the same office. The Lacerte Techs are useless. Am I the only one?
