I have tried numerous times to update the card on file to pay for rep access. The update submit button does not work, hold time to request assistance is greater than two hours and I have not received a reply to my continued e-mail requests for assistance.

I have experienced similar problem these past two months with Lacerte sending payment failure emails. Yet when i call, they indicate no balance due with my updated credit card working perfectly!
Lastly, Lacerte sends these emails with a noreply address.
Frustrating for sure,
