We mailed form 1139 to the IRS and have not heard anything from them
How can we contact them to make sure they received what we mailed?

I really recommend patience. I have efile returns received before 4/15 that are still being processed, not to be confused with 2019 returns mailed last year.
Answers are easy. Questions are hard!
