I am having a problem with eSignature statuses not updating correctly. I can usually go into the dashboard to get the updated status, but when I go to the menu and choose to update eSignature status, nothing happens. One day 4 hours after I asked for the update I got the window saying it was complete. But it still only updated some of the statuses and not all. This is only a problem in 2020 Lacerte. Older versions are still updating as expected.
