SC legislature passed and the Governor signed the $10,200 exclusion for unemployment compensation several weeks ago. Does anyone know when the program will be updated to exclude the income? Or does anyone know a work around the addback of unemployment exclusion on the SC return?

I have been waiting for the ProSeries update as well. Instead I am using using the "other additions" as a negative amount with the label "tax conformity." I will e-file one today and see if the SCDOR computer handles it. Stay tuned.
