Re:  Withholding for Foreign Partners on Form 8804

I have stock gains and dividends and significant Sec. 1256 Losses.  Enough Losses to offset the Dividends and Gains.  However, the Form 8804 computation does not include the 1256 Losses.  It only shows the dividends and capital gains from stock transactions.
