I'm from NH, preparing a resident Rhode Island tax return. I believe that RI has an insurance mandate in 2020 but I'm not finding where this information gets entered on the tax return I've prepared this client's tax return before but the MANDATE is new for 2020.

Appreciate any assistance with this issue. I'm working on Easter and hope I'm not alone!
