Employers with foreign address must have an address, city and postal code and country in the required input fields. Our W-2 shows Vancouver Canada BC V6A -1E1. We have typed this and are receiving a critical diagnostic warning that the above are required input fields.
Any ideas as to why we are receiving this diagnostic and how to correct?

On Screen 10, in the Employer Information section did you check the Foreign address box?
