1. Settings > Options > Display - Add a column for Forms and Schedules Form 114 and another for Form 114 Spouse. Use the > to add them to the list on the right.
2. Settings > Options > Status > Pick any number and add the text "Complete including FBAR" or something like that. OR make a status "FBAR is due" and set that when created.
After you save all the status tags you want to create, you set them on a specific client using F4
3. Create a Custom Filter https://accountants-community.intuit.com/articles/1608555-creating-a-custom-client-filter Create some groups with Various 114 selections found at the bottom of the list (see image)
You can have 114 TP and 114 TP date and 114 SP and 114 SP date. These will show in the lower left of the client screen and you can select them at will.
