Ohio is rejection Earned Income school district saying That the wage can't be higher that OHIO AJI.

Called Lacerte 2 weeks in a row still no fix.  Last call said we should call ohio have them send us a letter telling how it should calculate.  I have never heard of this in all  my years.  For the price we pay for this program you would think they could fix the problem so we don't have to paper file all the Ohio and school district returns.  What a waste of time and paper. Anyone have any idea's on how we could possibly not efile the school and just paper file it?
