Most of the workstations in our office are not able to export K-1s from business entity programs to the individual program.  Only one workstation is able to export & receive K-1s.  We have analyzed the difference in set up and do not see a startling difference.  Whether the user name makes any difference or not:   Besides being workstation #1, the one enabled workstation is the only one with its own unique "user name" .  All the other workstations have the same user name.  If the user name makes a difference - how do we change the "user name".

We called in once to Lacerte help line and spent an hour and a half with out results.  HELP!! PLEASE.

You can enter a lot of K-1s in an hour and a half.

I don't know what the fix is here.
