Just completed a tax return with part year New York City Resident on a New Yok Non Resident Return. The taxpayer moved to MA on June 1. I cannot get the New York City tax to calculate.

You need to populate the resident period as well as income allocation for New York Change of City Resident Status (IT-360.1) on Screen 54.093.
