We made a water's-edge election in year of 2011, so need to file form100-WE this year.
Since form 100W can be e-filed, how to file 100-WE?

Screen 45 - Look to the left for Section then down 3 to Form 100-WE for input. I think the only input is Water's edge period beginning and it should be included with the 100W. I am only guessing that signature of the 8453 will also constitute signature for 100-WE
You should likely call support and specify early on that this is a specialized CA question.
