Los Angeles required my clients to shut down their Airbnb. Threre is $1200 remaining on the depreciation schedule. Not sure if LA will allow them to reopen. What should I do with the Depreciaiton Schedule?
If they were shut down due to Covid, AirBnBs will be allowed to reopen at some point. I wouldn't do anything with depreciation, its just a temporary situation.
