Why is AR1000 using standard deduction when taxpayer can itemize?

Are you using the above the line charitable deduction? Did you force Standard Deduction on Federal? I am guessing so and @IntuitBettyJo can add another state to the "should take itemized even if fed uses standard deduction" list.
