Is there a way to proforma from a C-Corporation into a S-Corporation? Vs having to reinput beginning balance numbers.

Not pro forma. Once it is pro forma'd, there is an option to export to C or S. Its not foolproof, but it does save some time.
The more I know the more I don’t know.

I'm sure there is since ProSeries can do it. But I'm not a Lacertian, so I can't tell you how its done. But then again, by doing a little search I did find how it is done:
