I have tried to update Lacerte DMS 2020 software. However, the 2020 folders are not populating in the software. Am I missing something? Has anyone else had any luck with this?

You need to log onto "My Account" and download the new 2020 DMS. It is not just an update, but a new install. While in DMS, go to Help > About and you will see 19.1.3 if you are still using the "old" 2019 DMS. I have decided that I will not even try to install it until I really need it next year.

I finally bit the bullet today and loaded DMS 20.1 Right toward the end of the process you get
You need to click OK to be the new 2020 folders installed. After you do that you are given a warning:
