In NY Corporate return I need to take one of the "Miscellaneous Tax Credits". While this is a form I can easily see and access, the corresponding form for the actual credit I need to take and include with the return is not something I'm seeing. The form is NY CT-636. Does anyone have any input as to if and/or where I can find this in Lacerte? Or am I going to need to complete this outside of the software and somehow attach to the return? Any help is appreciated!

Complete outside the software. https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/2016/corp/ct636_2016.pdf
Enter the credit in Screen 49.095 > New York Miscellaneous Credits > CT-636 (You can use Ctrl + F to start a search for "alcohol" and it will get you there.
Save as a pdf and attach in Screen 4 > PDF Attachment > Send PDF attachment with federal return = No > Send PDF ... New York, select from drop down > Form and line number... = I don't see CT-636 in the listing, so select Other Attachment
