Getting Error exception: "cannot open file "C:\users\596243\AppData\local\Temp\308.48.pdf" The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
How do you fix or work around this error? It is preventing me from filing any returns at the moment

Do you have a pdf attachment? If so, delete the attachment. Exit the client. Go back in and add the attachment.
If you don't have a pdf attachment, add one. Exit the client. Go back and delete the attachment.
