I am guessing (and I should not have to guess) that you are asking about a California tax form. The means of finding input in Lacerte is to go the forms view and find the form (you may have to check the box Show all) the Right click on the line or box you want to make an entry on. 

If you mean CA depreciation schedule, generally that is created by making state if different entries in the depreciation input screen. Sometimes there are different depreciation rates, prior depreciation or bonus, etc and that will create a 3885. Short answer is NO, there is no specific entry point for 3885.
