I get this error when I try to requst signature on a 5500 AMD return. "An error occurred when attempting to update the signature status. Please be sure you are connected to the internet, etc. " This statement comes up as soon as I change to the 5500 Lacerte Page, even before I try to request. Is there a fix for this? Or is there really an error in the signature status.
