Our firm is having issues with filling 2017 & 2018 tax returns. We have been on hold with Lacerate day after day with no answer. Our current version on 2018 lacerate software is 40.054 with no new updates. This has been an issue for over 3 weeks. Asking for some help on this ASAP.
