When trying to print completed input sheets, the raw numbers are not showing up, however all other information is. EIN, Employer, etc...
Any solutions?
I just tried one and everything worked out fine. Are you printing to paper, pdf or dms? Is this for a large batch of clients or just one?

Customer support said there was an issue with the latest update and they are working on fixing it. They will let me know when it is fixed and I will let you know.

I called yesterday and it's an issue with the latest update. They are working on fixing it.
Good info to know they are on the case. Flawed update installed 6/17/20 was my conclusion--after a lot of trouble shooting. Glad to hear it confirmed.
Still not fixed as of 1:15 CDT 6/23/20
The update is supposed to be on Thursday... 6.23.20 is Tuesday.
It'll get here when it gets here....
