I have a diagnostic that we can't file the Michigan Return without an amount in the taxable value of the property.  Taxpayer, however, lives in a Nursing home and the tax is the proprated share of taxes she pays to the Nursing Home, therefore, Part 5 of MI-1040Cr is filled out.  How can we get the diagnostic to pass on this?
