I had changed the view and can see only my clients (as a preparer) and not the entire firm. I need to undo it, so I can access the entire firm clients. I can not find how to do that.
How do I do it?

On the main clients tab, there is a filter column on the left. Click on the preparers folder. If you click on the word preparers, it should show all clients and will no longer show only your returns as a preparer. I hope this works for you.
