Detail, Screen One = all you'll ever want to enter about a client name, ID#, address, etc, etc.
IF you've already REP'd the client, changing the name will result in the need to do so again. BUT, unless the ID # changed, there shouldn't be a charge. If there is, you'll have to contact customer support.
