I exclusively use Intuit Link to collect my clients data, but I am unable to update the Master Admin to my new email address. Does anyone know how to manage users (add, delete, change roles) in the Intuit Link module? I see the users, I just can't edit them other than granting full or limited access.

Did you try to change this in One Intuit Account instead?  That should cascade to Link.

As for user access, is what you set up for Lacerte not reflected in Link under Firm > Manage Users when you click on the gear icon?
