I keep getting a diagnostic that the Illinois withholding on IL-wit does not match the amount on the IL-1040. This is because IL-WIT isn't picking up the spouse's withholding. How do I fix it?
Does Lacerte not do a mfj/mfs state calculation for Illinois or any states?

I called Lacerte help desk today. You need to look on the w2 wage form (page 10) in the upper right part of the screen and make sure where it says assign entries to that the wage entry is assigned to Illinois. Not just in the states column next to the retirment plan participation box.

And Lacerte does not have a mfj/mfs worksheet like Ohio.
