According to HELP there are these possibilities three 

Entering Form 1095-C

Entering Form 1095-B

Entering Form 1095-A in Lacerte

Give them a pat on the back and tell them "good job" and then finish up the return.  You might have missed the memo that there is no longer a penalty so the IRS doesn't really care to know that this year.

If you are doing a 2019 return, it doesn't go anywhere. IRS doesn't care anymore.
