I'm trying to print a Lacerte individual tax return and I keep getting the following error message.
ATE Exception Message: Unexpected character "W" (Code 87): was expecting comma to separate OBJECT entries.
I have no idea what this means but I really need to print some returns and I am dead in the water. Please help.

In the order of which steps I would try:
#1 REBOOT, that often fixes things, if that fails then
#2 Run 2019 Lacerte Web Setup to reinstall the latest update if that fails then
#3 Use the Force install shown at https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/how-to-perform-a-force-install-of-lacerte... if that fails then
#4 Contact Support https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/how-to-contact-lacerte-for-help/00/4691
Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

Have same issue...talked to support, they "escalated" the issue, hope to have fix in tomorrow (Thursday 03.05) update. This is the second major issue I have had with Lacerte this tax season. Makes me wanna try Drake again. Not as sophisticated, but apparently it does the job, and their support is immediate.
We pay way too much for this software to wait an hour on hold for support, only to have the issue "escalated" to the next level.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER LACERTE!!!!!
