Maybe that something is your antivirus software. Sometimes, these programs do block legitimate software like ProSeries (don't know why but probably because these are not common consumer programs on their databases). Try turning off your antivirus temporarily and run the extraction/installation again.
You may also get a prompt from your firewall, depending on your setting, whether the extraction/installation should be allowed to run. If nothing runs or it's still not successful, check the log of your firewall whether PS was blocked somehow and change the setting accordingly.
If all else fails, you should contact support when they return on Monday.

If temporarily disabling your Antivirus does not allow you to install the ProSeries program. Try starting your computer up in safemode with networking, this will allow you to still connect to the internet, but also eliminates background processes that may prevent you from installing the program.
