I'm in the 2017 program.  Went to another computer and it is greyed out there as well.  We both have full access.

OR...you don't have the final update for 2017 installed.

I was just in it last week working on the engagement letter.

Press F10, select the versions, Current 2018 Federal is 38.1128 and Proforma is 38.1112

1) Reboot
2) WebSetUp & FORCE IT even if it says you are up-to-date (there was an update yesterday that impacted organizers...)
