Could someone please tell me when ES 2020 is ready to paint? It can be downloaded from IRS so it is available to the general public but not in Lacerte. Is this just my problem? Or has Lacerte just forgot to include it in the latest download?

The IRS release date on their website for Form 1040-ES was Feb 06, 2020.
Even Superman would need more than one business day to incorporate it into the software, and release an update to include it.

I don't know when they fired it up but I ran a return with estimates yesterday.

Yes, but I believe you have also been known to run with scissors that are fired up.
BTW, what color did you paint the ES 2020? Fire Engine RED?
