This article distills the best advice I&#8217;ve gathered, offering a roadmap for hiring for your own firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-x-large-font-size\"><strong>1. Look beyond the resume<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Every tax professional I&#8217;ve talked to agrees that a candidate\u2019s qualifications on paper are only part of the story.
