Deposit the fourth installment of estimated income tax for 2022. A worksheet, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/pub\/irs-pdf\/f1120w.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Form 1120-W<\/a>, <em>Estimated Tax for Corporations<\/em>, is available to help you estimate your tax for the year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social Security, Medicare, and withheld income tax: If the monthly deposit rule applies, deposit the tax for payments made in November.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday, Dec. 16<\/strong>\u2014Semiweekly depositors deposit FICA and withheld income tax on wages paid on Dec. 10-13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wednesday, Dec. 21<\/strong>\u2014Semiweekly depositors deposit FICA and withheld income tax on wages paid on Dec. 14-16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday, Dec. 23<\/strong>\u2014Semiweekly depositors deposit FICA and withheld income tax on wages paid on Dec. 17-20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thursday, Dec. 29<\/strong>\u2014Semiweekly depositors deposit FICA and withheld income tax on wages paid on Dec. 21-23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday, Dec. 30<\/strong>\u2014Semiweekly depositors deposit FICA and withheld income tax on wages paid on Dec. 24-27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saturday, Dec. 3<\/strong>1\u2014Employers must pay 50% of the amount of the employer share of Social Security tax for 2020 that was deferred under the CARES Act. The remainder of the deferred tax is due by Dec. 31, 2022.
