File Form 941 for the second quarter of 2016 (If tax deposited in full and on time, file by Aug. 10). File 2015 Form 5500 or 5500-EZ for calendar-year retirement and benefit plans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday, Aug. 3 \u2013 <\/strong>Semiweekly depositors deposit FICA and withheld income tax on wages paid on July 27-29.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Friday, Aug. 5 \u2013 <\/strong>Semiweekly depositors deposit FICA and withheld income tax on wages paid on July 30-Aug. 2.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday, Aug. 10 \u2013 <\/strong>Tipped employees who received $20 or more in tips during July report them to the employer on Form 4070. File Form 941 for the second quarter of 2016 if tax deposited in full and on time.
