While you&#8217;re continuing to work diligently through tax season, don&#8217;t forget about these important deadlines in March.<\/p>\n<p><b>In <a href=\"https:\/\/taxprocenter.proconnect.intuit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/March-2021-tax-and-complance-deadlines.pdf\"title=\"\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"false noopener\">March<\/a><\/b><b>, it\u2019s recommended that you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>File extensions for individuals who have not met their <a href=\"https:\/\/accountants.intuit.com\/taxprocenter\/tax-law-and-news\/the-consequences-of-missing-an-irs-deadline\/\"title=\"\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"false noopener\">deadline for return preparation<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Remind individual clients of their April 15 estimated tax payment.<\/li>\n<li>File extensions for S corporations or partnerships that will not meet the March 15 filing deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Compliance Dates:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, March 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Large food and beverage establishment employers file <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/pub\/irs-pdf\/f8027.pdf\"title=\"\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"false noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Form 8027<\/a>, <em>Employer\u2019s Annual Information Return of Tip Income and Allocated Tips<\/em>; use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/pub\/irs-pdf\/f8027t.pdf\"title=\"\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"false noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Form 8027-T<\/a> if reporting for more than one establishment. E-filers, see March 31 below.<\/li>\n<li>File information returns (other than returns for nonemployee compensation) with the IRS for payments made in 2020.
