We asked several of our authors who contribute to the Intuit\u00ae ProConnect\u2122 <a href=\"https:\/\/taxprocenter.proconnect.intuit.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wa-link=\"body_taxprocenter\">Tax Pro Center<\/a> for their feedback and recommendations regarding apps. Here is what they had to say.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12190 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/taxprocenter.proconnect.intuit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/stacy-kildal.jpg\" alt=\"Stacy Kildal\" width=\"81\" height=\"97\" \/>Stacy Kildal, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kildalservices.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wa-link=\"body_kildal-svcs\" target=\"_blank\">Kildal Services<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Apps:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wa-link=\"body_fin\" target=\"_blank\">Fin<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wordable.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wa-link=\"body_wordable\" target=\"_blank\">Wordable<\/a><\/p>\n<p>While I have an admin who is an integral part of the Kildal Services team, she doesn&#8217;t manage personal tasks \u2013 and I wouldn&#8217;t ask that of her! However, automating routine tasks during busy season is key to making us more productive. I recently found the Fin app, and it does all the little things I sometimes forget to do: schedule, cancel and reschedule hair appointments; find a good restaurant; send flowers; and make doctor appointments. Fin saves me tons of time, but more importantly, I&#8217;m not stressing about forgetting to schedule yet another teeth cleaning appointment for my kids!<\/p>\n<p>Another app is Wordable. I generally use Google Docs to write my blog posts. I can start them on my laptop, work on them from my phone or iPad, and finish them in my office. The pain points for me have been copying and pasting them into my WordPress site, and uploading all of the images. Wordable solved that; I can write the post, insert images, send it to my site as a draft blog post and fine tune it before publishing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12186 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/taxprocenter.proconnect.intuit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/debra-kilsheimer.jpeg\" alt=\"Debra Kilsheimer\" width=\"84\" height=\"84\" \/>Debra Kilsheimer, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bsfsllc.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wa-link=\"body_bsFSllc\" target=\"_blank\">Behind the Scenes Financial Services<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Apps:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smartvault.com\/accountants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wa-link=\"body_smartvault-accountants\" target=\"_blank\">SmartVault<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/bejeweled-blitz\/id469960709?mt=8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wa-link=\"body_itunes-BejeweledBlitz\" target=\"_blank\">Bejeweled Blitz<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I use the SmartVault app so I can look things up that I&#8217;ve scanned and saved. I can always look to see who paid, who doesn\u2019t have an engagement letter and who owes us money!
