Adrian Simmons, CPA, is chief creative designer for Elements CPA, a firm based in Laurel, Md., that offers advisory services to a wide range of clients. He began his career as an auditor for a one of the Big Four firms, and transitioned to working with small business owners with his father in 2002, eventually purchasing the firm in 2014.
