Unused tax returns and User Access purchases may only be canceled and refunded as follows: (i) if you opted to defer payment on an advanced purchase, you may request a refund until five (5) business days after your Deferred Payment Date; or (ii) if you did not defer payment, you may request a refund within five (5) business days of the New Tax Year Release Date or your Payment Date, whichever is later.
