Decommission of 2013-2016 Tax Returns in ProConnect Tax

Intuit is removing access to tax returns for years 2013-2016. All 2013–2016 returns will be deleted after November 15, 2024.

Why are you discontinuing support for tax years 2013 through 2016?

At ProConnect Tax, we prioritize ‌features that bring the most value to our customers. Unfortunately, maintaining historical tax-year data doesn't add enough value for most of them. This update will sharpen our focus on innovations like tax planning, and help us lean into our long list of automations and integrations that make ProConnect Tax the best-in-tax software available today.

Will this impact the current ProConnect Tax Online product?

• Although you won't be able to file returns for 2013-2016, discontinuing the support of these years won't have any effect on the years 2017 forward.
• After November 15th, 2024, all tax returns from the tax years 2013 through 2016 will be purged from our systems.
