New York Form POA-1, Power of Attorney in ProConnect Tax

To generate the POA-1 for NY in ProConnect:

1. From the Input Return tab, go to Miscellaneous Forms ⮕ Power of Att. (2848)/Info Auth (8821).
2. Click on the blue State Info hyperlink in the upper right corner.
3. Go to the NY tab.
4. Check the box labeled Print Form POA-1 with complete return. This input will generate the form.
5. Make any other applicable entries on this screen.
