New York Form POA-1, Power of Attorney in Lacerte

New York Form POA-1 can't be filed through Lacerte, but you can submit it using the New York Online Service. This service will:

• Pre-populate the taxpayer’s individual or business information.
• List all tax types associated with a taxpayer.
• Identify assessments, collection cases, and audit cases.
