The federal (Column A) or New Jersey (Column B) amount on Form NJ-1040NR, line 23 or line 24 is zero or blank.
Per the Form NJ-1040NR instructions for line 23 and line 24, ProConnect Tax will net the amounts from all Schedule NJ-1s.
