Partnership Other Rental Activities for Schedule K in Lacerte

Other Rentals Schedule K Items can be entered in Screen 18, Other Rental Activities (Sch. K). The totals will flow to the Schedule K line 3.

Screens 18; Codes 800-801
These entries are mandatory for each rental property to identify supporting statements based on the kind and location of the property. These entries print on the Other Rental Activities Schedule, line 1.

Follow these steps to enter guaranteed payments on Form 1065, Schedule K, line 3b:

1. From the left navigation panel select the Activity
2. Scroll down to the Expenses section. Screen 18 Codes 27,1027 Enter any other rental expenses not included elsewhere with a description and amount of each. The program includes these amounts on the Other Rental Activities Schedule, line 15 and prints a supporting statement.
3. Hold down Ctrl+E on your keyboard in the Other expenses (Ctrl+E) field.
4. Enter the Description and Amount. (Example Description Guaranteed Payments and then dollar amount.)
5. Select OK.
6. Go to Screen 22, Other Schedule K Items.
7. Enter the amount in Guaranteed payments [A].
